Clean car. Josh was responsive and accommodating when my flight was canceled and I had to extend by a day.

The car got me where I needed to go, but runs and sounds old. Maybe I’m just not used to driving cars that make squeaking sounds when you start them. The pick up and drop off at the airport, which I thought would be wonderful was just okay. Josh asked me for my flight info, which I gave him, but I still waited for his associate to drop off the car for a good 20 min. Also, arrived to stop off and had to wait (worried about catching my flight) for a bit— maybe 10-15 min— for his associate to pick up the keys. I guess I would’ve thought it would be faster handoffs. Overall, good value for money but make sure you allow yourself some wiggle room with the timing.
