My trip with Matthew was as smooth as one could ask for. He made the car available, in a timely/convenient manner, with very detailed info on all things I needed to know. While the car may be old (in terms of its age) its clear that it has been very well maintained, and served the purpose for which I needed it, and at a very economical cost (given the somewhat outrageous cost of rentals at the moment). Very satisfied with my trip!

The car rental was decent for just running errands around the city. However, the car shook whenever I drove over 50mph. It also had a odor, nothing gross but just a stinch to it.

Not clean, inside or out, the starter was failing, it wouldn’t start 2x had to sit and wait for a while. Not worth the money or drive to pick up or drop off, I was very uncomfortable driving it uncertain if it would start was nerve racking. Good gas mileage.

This 15 year old car we had the starter replaced less than 6 months. During extreme cold weather unfortunately older cars can take little bit to start up this was explained via text and explained in the car guide. If you felt so uncomfortable not sure why the extension for additional days as the car was given cleaned and sanitized with all our trips. Thanks once again for your feedback.
