Jhenell is a great host. Easy to work with and more important, because my job I travel a lot and rent cars (first from agencies and now from Turo). It’s a car spotless, everything is great about my experience with her car. Thanks so much

The car was clean but it drove as if it needed work done .

I drove the car before and after this trip with no problems. I also brought it to the shop based on this complaint and they found nothing wrong. Also, this person did not say anything about the car running bad during her trip and even extended for an additional 2 days so I'm very confused by this review. I haven't had any complaints from anyone else. The car runs fine.

The car was same as mentioned, nice and very clean . Jhenell did the delivery and pick up which was very smooth . She was very cooperative. Highly Recommended I will definitely book it again .
