Overall fine, good gas mileage, clean interior, a little dirty exterior, some dings and scratches. Prone to some concerning noises under the hood at higher speeds - contacted owner who assured us this is not a significant concern.

Unfortunately the catalytic converter was stolen from this car the night before the rental. I identified the issue as I was prepping the car for rental and immediately notified the renter. I have never before canceled a rental for any reason and hope I never need to again!

Had a great experience renting from Brian! Had to get a car on a short notice and this Prius helped me a lot.

I had issues with how to navigate the controllers but once I got familiar with it, it was smooth from there. I look forward to using him again in the near future.
