Car itself was great, and absolutely no issues there.. 2/5 rating overall due to being falsely accused of minor damages to the car. Just a warning to others: please ensure you take MANY photos or you might not have been as lucky as I was to properly dispute it

Hi Alex. This is really disappointing. I was the one who cancelled the claim after I realized from previous photos (which you didn’t even upload) on Turo that damage was existing. I could have easily disputed the pre trip damage as you failed to upload those photos on Turo. It was me who told you to make sure you take trip photos before trip. Dont spoil someone’s business and reputation just because there was a confusion. Very very bad on your part as a guest. Don’t do that to other people.
