We deliver every vehicle in clean smoke free condition to ensure a 5 star experience for every guest. Any guest who smokes in our vehicles will be charged the mandatory $250.00 fine to clean and deodorize the vehicle for the next guest. ⛽💯 We try our best to ensure every guest leaves with a full tank of gas. Please return the car full (or with the same amount received). There is a gas station located 1 mile away at 113 Browns way Rd, Midlothian. We recommend using this gas station before returning the vehicle. In the event you are unable to fill the tank before drop-off we will be happy to take care of that for you. There is a $10.00 convenience fee for this and you will be billed for the amount of the fill-up within 24 hours of your trip ending. ⏱️🚗⌛ For last minute bookings we may not have sufficient time to prep and wash the vehicle to our full standards. We clean every vehicle before and after every trip. In some cases we may not be able to clean the exterior of the vehicle or vacuum but you can rest assured we sanitize and wipe down the interior before each guest arrives. 🚫❌🐶🐱🚫❌ We like to ensure every guest receives a clean vehicle and enjoys every mile of their trip. Since many guests have pet allergies we do not allow pets in our vehicles. If you travel with a pet you will be charged a $150.00 fine to clean and deodorize the vehicle for the next guest.

• Can I charge the car at my house?

  Yes, There is a charging cable in the car with a couple of adapters. Level one charging: You can plug into any 120 volt outlet at your home. 20 amp is best. However, Charging on 120 volts is very slow and can take anywhere from 20-40 hours. This is really only good if you are in a pinch and need some power to get you to a level 2 or 3 charger. Level two charging: There is a 240 volt 4 prong 50 amp adapter included. This is a common outlet type used for RV's and large travel trailers. With this adapter you can charge fully in 8-12 hours.

• How do I use a Tesla Supercharger?

  Easy!! Simply find the closest charging location. Back in the parking space in front of the charger and just plug in the cable. The supercharging network takes care of the billing automatically and you will receive an invoice at the end of your trip for any charging used. Superchargers only take about 15-20 minutes and charge idle fees if you stay too long. So make sure you don't leave the car parked at a stall longer than needed. Also remember proper charging etiquette use a charger at least 2 stations away from any being used leaving an every other charger pattern when possible.

• Can I use a non-Tesla charger?

  Yes, There is an adapter for non-tesla chargers in the car. This fits any J1772 electric charger. Some businesses and hotels may offer free vehicle charging with a J1772 charger. If you are traveling and decide to use a public non-tesla charger; fees may apply and you would be responsible for those at the time of the charge.

• What Happens if the battery completely dies while I am on a trip?

  You are responsible for proper battery care while the vehicle is in your possession. Please ensure you do not allow the charge level to drop below 10%. If the battery does drain completely it will become impossible to open the door, charge port, or access the vehicle in any way. The car Must be towed to a Tesla Service Center. Battery replacement will be required. You will be responsible for all cost associated with battery replacement, tow fees, and additional use fees while the vehicle is in service. It is very important that the battery is never drained completely.
