Guidelines
Our guests are always welcome and having a good communication allows us to serve you better. Please, be advised that it’s very important to keep our cars clean. If upon returning the car needs any kind of cleaning, you will be requested to reimburse us. The cleaning fees are as follow: -inside vacuum $25.00; -inside detailing beach sand from $50.00 up to $100.00; -outside washing $25.00; -smoking $150.00; -steam $75.00 per seat and permanent stain $250.00. Nuestros huéspedes son siempre bienvenidos y tener una buena comunicación nos permite servirle mejor. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que es muy importante mantener nuestros coches limpios. Si al regresar el coche necesita cualquier tipo de limpieza, se le pedirá que nos reembolse. Los gastos de limpieza son los siguiente: -dentro del vacío $25.00; -dentro detallando la arena de la playa desde $50.00 hasta $100.00; -fuera de lavado $25.00; -fumar $150.00; -steam $75.00 por asiento y mancha permanente $250.00.

How fees, tools or fine will be charge?
All tolls and applicable fees (incl. device admin fee) incurred during the rental period will be your responsibility and charges will be billed through Turo a few days after the vehicle is returned. I will provide you upon request an EZPass/Toll statement that supports the charges.
Do I have to let the car clean?
Yes, you as a guest should expect me to provide you with a clean ready to go car. In turn, you must return the car in the same condition in which you received it. If you select the "Post-Trip Cleaning" extra, you do not have to return the car washed and cleaned. The car is eligible for unlimited car washes from Farmington Car Wash at 4 Wannowmassa Ln, Farmington, CT 06032 Per Turo Policy: If you return the car significantly dirtier, you may incur a cleaning fee anywhere from $30 to $250*, depending on the severity. Please return the car clean.

Car had roaches. Felt super uncomfortable so I ended the trip early. He did not want to refund me for the time I didn’t use the car. Won’t not book with this host again.

Dear Milani. The car has not any bugs or roaches... it’s perfectly clean, it is a brand new car. You wanted to end the trip earlier and so you invented this... you shouldn’t do that and instead, you could ask for a trip change. best regards.
