The exact garage location, along with detailed instructions, will be sent to you via Turo messaging or email one day prior to your reservation. For airport pickups, the location within the parking garage will also be provided. Please note that any airport parking fees are your responsibility. 2. Lockbox Location & Access Code: A lockbox is used for secure key pick-up and drop-off. You will receive a unique access code for the lockbox in your booking instructions the day before your trip. Keep this code confidential and share it only with your travel party. 3. Key Pick-Up Process: - When you arrive, follow the provided instructions to locate the lockbox. - Enter the provided access code accurately to open it. - Retrieve the key and ensure the lockbox is securely closed. 4. During Your Trip: Keep the key in a safe place at all times. Do not leave it unattended in the car to avoid lockouts or theft. 5. Key Drop-Off Process: - At the end of your trip, place the key back in the lockbox. - Securely close the lockbox. - Confirm with us via Turo messaging that the key has been returned. 6.
