❌ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING: of any kind is allowed including vaping. This is our most important request! All cars on TURO are nonsmoking vehicles, and any suspicion/violations will be reported which may result in your suspension from the platform and incur cleaning fees up to $250. ❌NO DOGS/PETS of any kind. Big or small can cause Interior damages and/or smells- violations will be reported and may incur cleaning fee of $150 ❌ NO eating or liquids without lids in the car. ❌Please do not return cars with excessive SAND/DIRT- if you go to the beach kindly dust yourself before getting yourself, passengers or items in the vehicle and if excessive, please vacuum before returning. **For trips longer then 6 days we ask you to please vacuum and car wash the vehicle before returning. *Violations reported may incur cleaning fees of up to $150 ✅ ALL cars are given clean, sanitized and with a full tank of gas- please return with the same level of gas. Any gas shortage will incur $10 fee (administer by Turo) and the amount to fill up the gas. ✅ACCIDENTS/INCIDENTS: We understand unfortunate situations can happen; however, communication is key in resolving any issue swiftly and fast. We know the conditions of our cars because they are new, like new and are only used for Turo purpose therefore, we ask you communicate any accidents or incidents done to the car as soon as possible via message or during your check-out. *Please note we have up to 72 hrs in some cases to report incidents/damages/claims as we might not see damages when doing the checkout until we start cleaning it. We try to take several pictures inside/outside the cars, however we also encourage our guest to please check the condition & take pics of any scuffs or wear before the car is taken so we are both on the same page. ✅SUNPASS (Tolls, Tickets or Impound fees): All our cars are equipped with transporters, because most of our highways have tolls. GUEST will be responsible for any charges incur for tolls, tickets or impound fees during their trip. Please inform us right away of any tickets or impound fees, so we can add the receipt/reimbursement invoice at your check-out. Toll fees will be billed after the trip is closed (Per Turo, we have up to 90 days to bill you due to FDOT billing), however we will try to provide you with an invoice 1-2 weeks- please pay as soon as possible. **If you wish to avoid toll charges, we suggest you avoid highways/tolls. ✅DELIVERY/RETURN: As a courtesy we will wait and waive a max of 30minutes. Late or no shows will be reported and incur penalty fees. **FREE Deliveries are to Miami Airport and/or 10 mile radius from home location only. Airport deliveries will be contactless and at airport which guest will need to pay parking fee to get out. ✅RETURN of vehicle MUST be done at the delivery location we offer- NO exceptions. Please be considerate when planning accordingly and be punctual. ✅MODIFICATIONS/COMMUNICATIONS: if you wish to extend or early return please do so through the app. Please send all messages through the app, so either my cohost or I can see it and response promptly. ✅AIRPORT DELIVERY will receive instruction as soon as you book and as the your travel time gets closer (12-24hours prior) please provide flight # so we can track plane arrival time, delays and let you know the spot to get the car. ✅ CONTACTLESS CHECK IN OR CHECK OUTS: We offer contactless check in or check out on needed situations such as if our schedules do not permit us to meet you or changes to your flights. If any part of booking requires us to use contactless- we will send you a separate message with details on how to get the keys or drop off the keys. **If you need contactless check-in or out, please let us know ahead so we can both plan accordingly. ✅ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: Only the driver/guest booking will be allowed to pick up or drive our cars. We recommend that if you want any additional drivers to please add them to your Turo account as soon possible so they can be approve by the time your reservation starts. ✅ Our rental minimal duration is 2 days.
