AC did not work the first day. (Not very fun in FL 80 degree rain storm) Car was delivered with 1/4 tank of gas. Owner tried charging me a cleaning fee. Which I had to have Turo step in to remove charge since vehicle was returned clean.

Hi Josh, When we deliver and pick up the car the A/C was perfectly working. I guess you could not figure it out how to use the A/C even with the instruction we told. Yes, we had to deliver the car with quarter tank of gas, but all you need to do is bring it back same level. For the cleaning, we already described it in our profile we charged cleaning fee which is just $29. Beside. the car was not clean there was sand inside the car.
