1) Absolutely NO SMOKING (of anything) & NO PETS are allowed in the vehicle. If any of these discovered, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated ($350+). (2) This car is equipped with anti-theft device. (3) The vehicle will be delivered clean from inside and outside at the time of renting out. You must return it in the same condition, otherwise you will be charged with car cleaning charges as mentioned below. • Simple external and internal wash with vacuum $25.00 plus $10 inconvenience fee. Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal. • If the car comes very dirty you will be charged with full detailing charges according to the TURO Policy. (4) We do require that you have access to the app on a smartphone during your rental. This will be needed for communication as well as Trip Photos. You will especially need this when picking the vehicle up and when returning it. (5) Driver's License to validate identity. You are required to have your driver’s license on you during pick-up and must allow us to take a picture. This servers as a proof that you are the driver. Temporary licenses are not acceptable. (6) Limit of 200 miles per day. Additional mileage charges are based on Turo policy. (7) Please do not be late in the returning the vehicle. There will be a late charge if you return the car late. (8) All wear and tear are reported to Turo for reimbursement. (9) The vehicle is provided with Fuel. You are expected to return the vehicle with an equal Fuel level. If you do not have time to re-fuel the vehicle when you return it, we will take care of it. There will be an additional inconvenience fee of $10 on top of the cost of fuel. (10) As per Turo’s policy, you must not tamper with any devices installed in the vehicle. (11) You will be fully responsible for any parking or driving related violations occurred during your trip. (12) Tolls: For your convenience, the car has Toll Tag to utilize Toll Roads. As soon as we receive the statement, we will submit it to Turo for reimbursement.
