I operate 24/7-365 days a year! Pick-up and drop-off anytime! My goal is to make your rental experience as smooth and convenient as possible! Book this car, you wont have to deal with me or any paperwork. This will be a contactless pick up and drop off all through the Turo App. -- Flying into PHX? -- Perfect! The Chrysler will be located at Preflight Parking Garage next to Sky harbor Airport. There will be a 24/7 free shuttle service provided! You can even take the Sky Rail to the garage! Instructions are sent the day of scheduled pick up. -- Local? -- No problem! Pick-up and drop off will be remote and easy! You will use the Turo App to Check-in and Check-out then you'll be on your way. ! I'll NEVER cancel on you. I do my best to keep my cars serviced and up to par. Parking details
The car will be parked directly in front of Goodwill and it will be east of Wells Fargo. It is very important that the car is returned to the location that we have licensed from Riveria Plaza. The car can be parked in any of the open, non-handicapped or reserved spots within the first 4 rows that are east of the Wells Fargo in the center parking area. If the vehicle is left anywhere outside of this area, this could be cause for the vehicle being towed from the area and/or issued improper return fees. After the vehicle is in it's designated return parking spot, place the key in the center console or lockbox and lock the vehicle doors.
Guidelines
• Return the car with the same level of gas as the start of the trip • No smoking any substances in the vehicle (This equates up to a $150 Turo fine) • No pets are allowed in the vehicle • Return the car as clean as it was when the trip began • Review your mileage allowance and the over-mileage fees. Unlimited miles can be added in “trip extras”, daily fees apply. • Car must be returned on time. Many cars are rented back to back therefore timely returns are a must. If you need to extend the trip you may do so within the Turo app if the car is available. Otherwise, you could face additional usage charges and late fees.

How do you put the top down?
The cars' gear must be in park (P) with the doors closed first. There will be a small button next to the center console that goes up or down. You'll need to hold that button down until the dashboard says the process has been completed.

Eyad is a super responsive host and was immediately able to find a replacement vehicle for me due to a standard maintenance appointment taking too long on the original vehicle I booked. I highly recommend using Eyad if you are ever in the Phoenix area and need to rent a car.
