The lady I'd met at the beginning of rental was fantastic didn't have a problem felt good doing business with her but then for the return there was a gentleman who came to complete the return I'd vacuum out the vehicle, wiped the interior of the vehicle and filled the vehicle up over the full line as I've always have using turo's for my rental purposes for the gentleman to find a lighter in the vehicle accusing me of smoking when I know that smoking is a BIG NO NO in a rental. And would never do something that could cost me hundreds of dollars just a little disappointed on his customer service experience.
