Great host i had a last minute need. for a car runs awesome very up to date can’t ask for much more. Host was very responsive and helpful

The trip started out terrific. I had great communication with the host and he was very responsive. The car was only driven to the hotel from the airport and was parked in the lot for two days. When it was time to bring the car back to the airport is when it went bad. I left the hotel at 4:15am to make a 7 am flight at an airport over an hour away from the hotel. I sat in the car and realized the entire inside was covered in ants. They were everywhere! All over the front and back seats, the dashboard, console and even in the trunk. It was absolutely disgusting. It took me almost an hour to try to kill and clean them and my drive was horrific and dangerous bc I kept seeing them on the dash and seat and it made me so itchy. I almost missed my flight and had to run through the airport and made it just in time for boarding. I have reached out to the host several times with no response from him. I am very dissappointed and this experience has been a nightmare and I will never use Turo again after this.

I’m glad everything at the beginning of the trip was perfect and I’m thankful you explained your trip with such detail and honesty, but leaving a 2 star review because you parked the car near an anthill during your trip which caused the ants to get in the car is a little unfair.
