car key is in the middle console in the box. Lockbox with turo go or call me to unlock the car. If you're picking up from airport, the car will be in the turo parking lot where is the economy parking is in the Logan airport. If you are picking up from the south station, the car is in the summer towards the sea seaport which you need to walk five minutes

Car was locked so we had to Uber to our location when Host didn’t respond, but it was quite late when we got in. Host ended up bringing the car to our location the next morning. Appreciated his willingness to alter plans due to the situation. Thank you.

Taha was excellent with communication and response time was very quick for all interactions. Everything went smoothly as planned for pick up and drop off. The only negatives were the outside of the car was dirty, inside needed a vacuum but otherwise clean and wasn’t a problem as I didn’t worry about the few extra crumbs we may have added, and it was out of window washer fluid. That took me an extra stop and five dollars, but Tara said he would give me a good deal the next time. Overall I’ll take good communication over spotless.
