The car will be parked on the street in front of the 12 Wellesley St, Medford MA 02155. It will be a self checkin and instructions will be provided before check in.

Guidelines

This is a nonsmoking car, smoking is absolutely not allowed, if smoked in the car a charge of $250 will be billed to your credit card. I request not to allow any pets in the car as well, if absolutely not avoidable then it must be cleaned and hairs and stinks must be removed or a charge of $200 will be billed to you for detailed cleaning of the car. The car is like new and well maintained with only 58k miles in it with no scratch inside or outside so I expect the guest to keep it as is like your own car.

    Yes, bring your iPhone/smart phone charger and the car is equipped with USB port for charging and Audi streaming. It also has a wireless charger which works with newest smartphones iPhone new SE 2020 / 11/ 11Pro/ 11Pro Max/ Samsung Galaxy S20 /Note 10/ 10+, etc.

  • Can I connect my smartphone/iPhone/android to the car?

  • Can I play music from my phone to the car's speakers?

    Yes, the car is equipped with Bluetooth audio streaming feature and also USB/Aux port.

  • Is the car available for pick up at the Boston Logan Airport or Guest's chosen location?

    No, unfortunately, Logan Airport currently doesn’t allow delivery and pick up of Turo cars in the Logan Airport terminals or facilities, however, if you prefer nearby locations, please select Guest's chosen location for a fee or free for booking of 2 weeks or longer.

  • Does the car have a Navigation/GPS?

    Yes the car is equipped with Navigation/voice activated for North America.

  • Can I drive the car in sports mode or economy mode, etc?

    Yes this car is equipped with options to drive in Economy/Comfort/Sports/Sports Plus modes with a touch of a button.

  • What is the Driver Assistance and Driver Assistance Plus option?

    The driver assistance package includes the navigation, blind pots and heads-up display which helps you to see your speed, gas consumption, music playing and controls, etc. and the navigation in the front window without looking at the navigation screen or odometer. The driver assistance plus includes the line departure warning, front vehicle proximity warning, and line change warning with a vibration on the steering wheel and display indicators on the dashboard.

  • Can I return the car uncleaned and without filling the gas tank?

    Yes, you will be charged for post cleaning and refueling after the trip. However, you can select the prepaid fuel and cleaning option from the extras when you book the car to have a peace of mind returning the car without worry.

  • What kind of gas the car takes?

    The car is required for the premium plus gas, I request the guest to honor it.

  • Does the car have insurance? What if I got into an accident?

    My personal insurance on the car doesn’t cover guests. I recommend you to purchase the Turo full insurance when you book the car, or any other insurance option you may find available. If involved in an accident, please do inform me and report it to Turo.

  • Can I text you if I have any other questions?

    Yes, I would be happy to answer all of your questions and make your trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

  • Is the Qi Wireless charger work with my phone?

    The car is equipped with wireless charger which works with newest smartphones iPhone new SE 2020 / 11/ 11Pro/ 11Pro Max/ Samsung Galaxy S20 /Note 10/ 10+, etc. Please make sure your smartphone is one of the above or has the wireless charging equipment and once you are in the car, you can put your phone on the wireless charging pad (just ahead of the cup holder) and you will see your phone start charging. If for some reason your phone is not charging then you can use the USB port to charge your phone.

  • Is the car equipped with EZpass/electronic toll pass?

    Yes, feel free to use the car in the EZpass/electronic toll passes and you will be billed for the EZpass (with a minimal admin fee) approximately one week after your trip.
