The host was very nice and communicative. They had to switch the car from my original reservation to a different car which worked out fine. The replacement car was not the greatest. I received it without a full tank of gas which makes it hard returning it on the exact fuel level. I ended up returning it completely full because I couldn't gage it to stop beforehand. The car had the low tire air light and a windshield wiper light on. Also the steering wheel shook when I got to 65 mph or higher and I didn't feel fully safe some of the time

Pick up was easy. Communication with them was great, they answered right away. Only issue I had was the wipers on the car were terrible which sucks cause it had been raining so why not switch them out?
