This covers: • Secure access to the vehicle • 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport terminal • A smooth, contactless handoff — no need to coordinate with a host This fee is paid directly to Park My Share, not to Turo or Pristine Rides. ⸻ ✈️ Arrival Instructions – Airport Guests After landing at CLT, proceed to Ground Transportation. Look for the yellow-and-black shuttle marked The Parking Spot. Board the shuttle and let the driver know you’re a Park My Share guest. The shuttle will take you directly to Aisle R, where your vehicle will be parked. Pickup instructions and lockbox code will be sent via Turo before your trip begins. ⸻ 🧭 Arrival Instructions – Local Guests If you’re arriving locally (not from the airport): 1. Enter through the front lobby at The Parking Spot. 2. Let the shuttle driver or front desk staff know you’re a Park My Share guest. 3. A shuttle will take you to the back of the lot (Aisle R) where your vehicle is located. 4. If no staff are immediately available, speak to the agent at the gate, or check inside the lobby for further assistance. ⸻ 🔁 Return Instructions (All Guests) 1. Return the vehicle to Aisle R in the Park My Share section at The Parking Spot. 2. Upload your return photos in the Turo app (interior + exterior). 3. Tap “End Trip” to officially complete the return. 4. Shuttle Back to the Front or Terminal: • Airport guests: Ride the shuttle from Aisle R back to the CLT terminal. • Local guests: Take the shuttle back to the front of the facility. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Turo strictly prohibits smoking in vehicles. A $150 cleaning fee will apply if smoke, vapor, or strong odors are detected. This also applies to marijuana, even in legal states. 🧼 Cleanliness Return the vehicle in the same clean condition you received it. Excessive dirt, stains, trash, or pet hair may result in a cleaning fee of up to $150. A cleaning checklist will be sent prior to return. ⛽ Fuel Please return the vehicle with at least the same fuel level as when you picked it up. Use at least regular octane fuel (premium optional). If underfilled, a $10 service fee + fuel cost will be applied. 🆔 License Verification Turo requires license verification prior to pickup. Please upload a clear photo of yourself holding your valid driver's license in the app. 🚫 Off-Roading Off-roading, racing, towing, or taking the vehicle outside of legal paved roads is strictly prohibited and violates Turo’s terms. Penalties may apply. 🐾 No Pets To maintain cleanliness for all guests, pets are not allowed in the vehicle unless properly crated. Pet hair or odors may result in a cleaning fee. 🛣️ Tolls, Tickets, & Citations You are responsible for all tolls, traffic violations, parking tickets, and citations incurred during your trip. A toll transponder is installed in the vehicle. Tolls will be invoiced after the trip. 🧾 Damage & Insurance You are responsible for any new damage to the vehicle during your rental. This includes dents, scratches (over 3 inches), interior damage, or excessive wear. Turo’s claims process will apply. 👥 Additional Drivers Only Turo-approved drivers are allowed to operate the vehicle. Add all drivers to your reservation through the app to ensure coverage. 🔑 Lost or Damaged Keys If a key fob is lost or water-damaged, you will be responsible for replacement costs. Some key fobs stop working after being exposed to moisture — this is not considered a battery issue. 🅿️ Parking Fee for Airport Pickups For trips involving Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), a parking fee of $30 + $5.99 processing + $1.08 credit card fee will apply (total: $37.07). You’ll receive an invoice before your trip. Return parking is free. 📡 GPS Notice This vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking device for insurance and security purposes.
