The car was great and Wendy was very responsive and easy to work with. However, the pickup location is not convenient as it’s not actually at the airport, and getting to the location from the airport on foot was challenging and very time consuming.

The car is nice, it’s zippy for getting into traffic, compact enough for parking and rides very nicely. It was clean and topped off when I picked it up. Only thing I didn’t love was the custom rims/ the look super cool but I was so scared of hitting the curb when parking. Also pick up at the airport wasnt quite at the airport it was the local Dennys, which completely worked for me. I didn’t have many bags so that was just fine and the walk was nice. Just things to know. Wendy was a super host and great to work with.

Two part review (first time Turo user)-

1- Wendy was super great to deal with and the vehicle was in excellent shape. I would definitely use him again and really appreciated his patience walking us through the process.

2- The “airport pickup” was a bit awkward. The vehicle wasn’t in a lot at the airport, but outside at a Denny’s parking lot, and required quite a bit of walking and instruction to get there (Wendy was very helpful). Not a big deal for most, but having my older parents and my young kids with me, it certainly wasn’t ideal. I understand Wendy trying to save us some money by not using the airport lot - but then why were we charged an extra fee of $120 for “vehicle transport” by Turo? I’ll be contacting Turo for more details. It would have been cheaper and easier to use Uber/Lyft to get us to where the car was parked. Something to be aware of when looking.

Wendy was awesome! The car was great car and he was really accommodating. I booked last minute and he worked around my flight schedule to get the car to me when we landed. The drop off was smooth too.
