What happens if I get a ticket on my trip?
You’re responsible for paying the cost of tickets that result from illegal driving or improper parking. You do not have to pay tickets related to the car itself. For example, tickets for tinted windows, “fix-it” tickets, or tickets for lapsed insurance. You’re also responsible for all parking tickets and related fines received up to 24 hours after the trip ends. Read more about street parking. What happens if I need more miles than the amount given?
You can select "Unlimited Mileage" under the "Extras" tab on your reservation, otherwise you will be charged for each mile you go over.
Do I have to pay for tolls?
You’re responsible for paying any bridge or road tolls, including tolls incurred while using a host’s transponder device. If you fail to pay a toll within the allotted timeframe, you may be responsible for escalated charges. Are the vehicles tracked?
All vehicles are equipped with TWO security devices that collect driving data including but not limited to; vehicle location, mileage, driving behavior, and time driven. This information may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or insurance purposes. If we find that they were tempered with, a fee to the maximum amount allowed will be applied and Turo will permanently ban the users account.
Is there roadside assistance?

What are your guidelines?
As a reminder, we are a personal car share, not a car rental. We care about our vehicles. We ask you please respect our vehicles and return them in the same condition and filled up. • NO Smoking/Vaping, NO pets. Turo’s maximum cleaning fee will be applied if there is any: smoke/vape smell, evidence of pets or other foul smell detected upon return. • Parking/Traffic Tickets must be paid by the renter directly to the corresponding agency BEFORE we receive a notice in the mail. A processing fee is added to any ticket we have to process personally. • Tolls are automated and will be billed to the renter at the end of each month. • Renter is financially responsible for any wear and tear during the rental period. • No Off-Road driving.

Nice clean car that performed well for my wife going back & forth to work while hers was in shop for some body work. We had to extend the rental twice due to the shop waiting for parts and Sunnyside accommodated our needs nicely. I've used Turo once before in Florida and had a great experience there also. Highly recommended service!

10 stars, not 5! Sunnyside rentals saved my trip to New Hampshire! I couldn't find a rental car anywhere. While looking for alternatives I ran across Turo (I was about to rent a U-Haul). I've never used it before, but Alina and Arthur made it so simple. I love using peer-to-peer services (like AirBnB or Uber) that keeps money circulating among small business owners, and Sunnyside made it so much simpler and less stressful than the big corporations. I showed up and my vehicle was ready and waiting for me, clean and with a full tank, no waiting in line. The communication with Arthur and Alina was FAR better than any big agency, and more personal. I'm using Turo from now on for all of the above reasons. Thank you, Alina and Arthur! If I'm ever in New Hampshire again I will be booking with you!
