Guidelines
Please remember zero smoking. For those of you who need a refresher smoking is: cigarettes, cigarillos, marijuana, vaping (not technically smoking but please don't), cigars, pipes, meth etc. Please just step outside of the vehicle for your fix. Dogs welcome but please make sure no major pet hair. Please make sure to select the pet option. Please make sure the vehicle is full of gas and clean inside and out and enjoy the ride. If you don't fill the car up I'll handle it but it's a $10 surcharge, just a heads up. And if it's super dirty you may be charged.
Faqs
Can I return the Jetta early or extend the trip longer?
Yes, please do everything through the Turo application. Please make sure to extend as early as possible because other guests may have booked or want to book. Extending past the trip due back time won't work as well, please try prior to due back.
Can I go offroading?
No way dude - that's what Enterprise and Hertz vehicles are for!
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed if you select the Extra when booking the vehicle. Please select the extra if you plan on having pets in the Jetta. There's dander, hair and smells that accompany pets and we need to get the vehicle deep cleaned for future guests who may have allergies or sensitive noses.
Does the delivery fee include drop off and pick up?
Absolutely. The fee is for both, you don't get that fee twice. I don't make money on the fee it just covers the cost to get the Jetta to you. Trying to make a little money on the vehicle only :)
