Everything was great about this car rental experience. Chris met us at the train station with the car upon arrival and again when we dropped it off. The car was in great condition and met all of our needs!

Car was as advertised. Pick-up/drop-off was easy & Chris was quick to communicate. Would book with Chris again if we return to Albuquerque.

Pros: Good communication, easy pick up, and easy drop off. The car worked for what we needed, but it was scary at times.

Mid: There was no phone holder in the car, which was inconvenient but understandable since it was a rental. The cup holders are a pain in the butt for anything slightly larger than a standard 16oz water bottle. Not the owner's fault, just a caveat to the car.

Cons: The brakes were so bad they pulled the whole car to one side when applying. You could feel the rotors have grooves that needed resurfaced; it didn't have good stopping power because of it. The dash was asking for overdue services, the tire pressures were all over the place, and at one point, the alternator stopped charging, and the car warned that as well.
BMWs NEED to be maintained on schedule. This rental experience was very off-putting, and if there was another easy option, we may have left it at the first overdue service notification in the airport parking garage. The last thing you want on a vacation is to get into an accident because you couldn't stop in time or be on the side of NM roads waiting for help. Thankfully, neither happened, but there were too many close calls for comfort. Maybe this is just the opinion of a car enthusiast couple who drive a lot, maybe not.
