Guidelines
No smoking (tobacco or pot). No animals without permission. Please be mindful of parallel parking as the wheels and low parts of the vehicle can be damaged. As per Turo's policy, the car must be returned in the same condition as it was received (interior and exterior). Please return fuel levels/electric battery to original levels.

Can I let someone else drive the car?
Only the person who rents the car is insured to drive the vehicle. If you expect that someone else might drive the vehicle, simply upload their valid driver license to the TURO app. It’s very easy to do. Unfortunately, failure to do this will cause insurance to be void, and you will be personally liable for the full cost of any damage.
Can I take it to the track, autocross, or other high performance driving event?
Absolutely not! Aside from the obvious risks, track / high performance driving is incredibly hard on a car and NOT covered by insurance. This vehicle is equipped with a GPS data logger for security purposes, and may not be driven above legal speed limits, on track, or at high performance driving events (including autocross.)
What if there is damage to the vehicle or I get into an accident?
Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. We appreciate your honesty and will work with you to solve the problem.
Can I take the car into Mexico?
Absolutely not. TURO's insurance policy does not cover vehicles outside the USA. This is strictly prohibited.
