Here are some helpful Tesla driving videos I found on Youtube: 1) Key card Tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Il-_uMv8uB0 Note: Don't forget to tap your key card to lock when you leave the vehicle. 2) Tesla model 3 driving tutorial https://youtu.be/0GXmqMdY1Ts 3) Tesla supercharge tutorial https://youtu.be/8t4aEmINb_0 Note: Once supercharge is complete, please move the vehicle from the charging station otherwise you will be charged an idle fee. You don't need to pay at the charging station. The cost will be billed under my account. We will calculate the cost at the end of your trip and send you a reimbursement invoice. 4) Tesla Tech Issues https://youtu.be/zYrfQUUxYDU We clean and inspect our fleet right before your trip starts in order to provide the best rental experience. In return, we ask our renters to use our fleet in a respectful manner so we can maintain great services to others: - Absolutely no smoking in the car. It hurts my business. We kindly ask you not to smoke in the car. I will report to Turo if I find a smoking odor after your trip. You may be subject to $250 fine and also banned from the marketplace. We really don't want to see that :( - Please return the vehicle with the same battery level you started with. You will be charged retroactively the cost to charge, plus a convenience fee. - Battery drains a lot faster when it is below 20%. Please maintain a sufficient battery level during your trip - If the vehicle is found to be unreasonably dirty upon return, you may be subject to a cleaning fee up to $250. You can purchase a post-trip cleaning to make things simple - No out-of-state trips; No pets. - Charger adapter and wall charger available to rent for $30/trip. Please let us know if you need it prior to your trip. Once your trip is booked, you will receive a trip confirmation email from TURO with all a detailed pick up and drop off instruction. How do I charge Tesla?
You can locate Tesla charging stations through Tesla touchscreen, via navigation or on Google map. Supercharge stations allow the car to charge to 80% in about 30 minutes. Charging cost varies by location. You don't need to pay while you are at the supercharge station. All the charges will be billed under my account. I will calculate the total cost at the end of your trip and send you a reimbursement invoice.
How do I lock and unlock the car?
To lock or unlock, tap your key card on the center of the pillar to the right of the driver's window. There is no auto lock while using key card. Make sure to tap your key card when you leave the vehicle.
