Steven was responsive, car itself was clean but definitely had some flaws that I would’ve liked to know prior to booking. Being a Tesla owner myself, the car can use some maintenance.

Steven was a great, communicative host. Appreciated the help during our trip. The car was clean and drove well. Only complaint is that driving on the highway is quite noisy (-1 star), so I’m not sure the car doors are properly sealed along the sides (could also hear air whistling even when windows fully closed)
