Great ride, great communication, all around great experience. The only thing is the rear view mirror, as other drivers have also pointed out in the comments, it's loose, which I highly suggest fixing asap for safety.

The car is in good condition. The rear mirror is loose but other than that it's enjoyable to drive.

The pick up location is great if you live in ktown. B was easy to communicate with and responsive. She even helped me out looking for my lost airpods. The car itself was clean and fresh. It does have a loose rearview mirror and some hesitation accelerating at freeway speeds especially uphill. It worked well for my trip and I would book again.
