Great communication and was flexible with our plans.

Overall, it was a positive experience but I do wish the check-in process had been better scheduled to make sure that I could pick the car up at the designated time vs waiting past that time. The pick-up location has a wind tunnel effect that, especially for a winter evening pick-up, made it chilly to be waiting outside for even 10 minutes past the pick-up time.
But outside of that, the car was great, the loaner was solid in explaining what I needed to know, and generally, was decent at being communicative when I had concerns/questions to ask.

So great! The cars a beaut and is so fun to drive. We took it out the the coast, a perfect spot to enjoy the top down. The host Thomas was nice and easy to communicate with, we extended our trip last minute for another day and it was easy to get that process approved. He met up with me at a convenient location too. All around a smooth process, will definitely rent from him again!
