Essam was so wonderful from start to finish of my trip. He was so attentive, responsive, and kind. I unfortunately got into a small accident in his vehicle and when I reached out to him about it his initial response was to ask if I was okay. He told me not to worry and that we would figure out the damages together when I returned the car. He made me feel so comfortable and was so extremely kind. I would rent with Essam 100 more times- I truly can’t say enough nice things about him. Thank you so much Essam!!!

Great response time when communicating. I even had to pick the car up late at night and return it late at night and he was super accommodating. I rented his car for a business event and it was what I needed.
