Perfect host and perfect car!
Ziad was so nice and help me with everything.
The car was really clean, full of gas and in perfect condition!

The car quality and pick up location were fine but the host had issues. While having made a mistake, the host accused us of ill intentions and charged us extra fees out of pettiness. We had no problems with the host until we made a mistake and he took things out of control. Wouldn't rent from him again, but it was an okay car to drive around. Again, only problem was the host.

It wasn’t a mistake, you did locked the car and left the keys inside in purpose, you was expecting to drop-off the car by the airport for free, and i explained to you that i have to hire 2 driver, after i asked you for the charges you locked the car and left the key inside .
That’s make everything more than hard for everyone was working that night for your convenience to drop-off close by the airport .
