The car was good and on the second day a problem started with the start engine button. I contacted to the owner but he was not responsive to me as required, he asked me to communicate with Turo. After that I sent an e-mail to Turo but so far I have not received any response from them. I had a bad experience with them, and I expected the response to be better than what happened.
