Taguhi was rude upon drop off. She had a very rude attitude. The car was used for 24 hrs only for a photo shoot. With COVID-19 car washes are closed. However I vaccummed and dusted the entire car. I told her car washes were closed but she was very nasty and said the car was dirty. You told me to return how I got it and that’s what I did. It wasn’t even vacuumed when I received it so I did a favor. The car wash around the corner was even closed but she said no it’s not. she was just very nasty and rude when she didn’t need to be. Very unprofessional.

Renting from them u have to wash the car before returning. Otherwise they charge 40$ total rip off on top of the rental.
