The vehicle smelt like smoke I contacted him about 10 minutes into my trip to ax about the smoke and he said no one should smoke when I returned it early then he admitted that someone had smoked in it previously so they didn't clean it and I'm allergic to smoke The help isn't it help at all we stood outside for almost an hour because he told me to come and switch the car out and then I get there and all of a sudden he can't switch the car This was a very very bad experience especially when you're standing outside sick and have a sick child

You had complaints that the vehicle smelled like smoke so I stated for you to return the vehicle. After you arrived the vehicles,” smoke smell” was nonexistent and you stated you wanted a full refund while being placed in one of my available vehicles that was more expensive in price. While outside trying to accommodate the customer I heard you state“turo is going to be paying for my medical bills watch” after hearing this,I decided to cancel mainly because the guest is using the app deceitfully.
