Our vehicle location is the closest and most convenient option for vehicle rentals on the island since you don’t have to wait in the long car rental lines or wait for a shuttle to pick you up. You really should consider our vehicle for your stay on the beautiful island of Kauai before it's booked! This spacious vehicle will provide you with peace of mind in your travels across the island. Our vehicle will be parked in the Ahukini Flats airport parking lot, which is only about a 5-7 minute walk from the airport terminal. We offer lots of flexibility so just let us know what you need. You will be provided with the keys to a fully vacuumed, washed, and sanitized vehicle with a full tank of gas for your convenience. If you want, we can provide a shuttle to or from the airport for a nominal fee if you choose the one way trip extra for our shuttle service. As you can see from our ratings and reviews, we are excellent hosts. We provide clear communication throughout the entire process. We are extremely responsive hosts and will typically respond to your questions within minutes. We're also very flexible when it comes to dealing with unexpected issues such as delays in your travel schedule. Also as you can see from our track record, we will not cancel on you! Please treat this vehicle as if it were your own. We treat and take care of our vehicles as best as we can, so we definitely appreciate it when the effort is reciprocated. Guidelines
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Weed/Cannabis/Marijuana etc) inside the car. If the car is returned with smoke scent, there will be a minimum of $250 charge to send it for smoke scent removal. Please pay attention to all parking signs to avoid getting violation notice. Ticket violations need to be paid when you return the vehicle. If you don’t pay violation notice I will add to reimbursement request and a processing fee will be added. We do not allow pets in the vehicle due to severe allergies of other guests. Thank you for your understanding. Finally please note that we do have an AirTag in the vehicle so if you have an iPhone you may receive a notification. We use this when guests cannot find the vehicle and drop a pin to help them locate it.

Do you have car seats available?
Yes - We have access to a large selection of quality baby gear at great prices. All the items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before delivery. We can have the car seats installed upon pickup and can even deliver the other baby equipment to your lodging. Please message me after booking with the details of what you need and I'll get back to you with a quote for providing these services. We can provide equipment for sleeping, eating, safety, strollers, car seats, and beach play. Items do sell out, so the more advance notice we have, the more likely we'll be able to provide what you need.
How does your shuttle service work?
The Lihue airport does not allow for vehicles to be dropped off at the airport, but we can arrange to have you picked up through our shuttle service to be transported to the vehicle if you select the "one-way trip" extras. Please note that if you select "airport delivery", you will receive an additional airport delivery charge in your trip fees. If you want airport delivery, we highly recommend selecting our home location and then selecting the trip extras for shuttle service to/from the airport.
Do you provide any beach equipment?
Yes - We have access to a large selection of quality beach gear. All the items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before delivery. Please message after booking with the details of what you need and I'll get back to you with a quote for providing these services. We can provide beach chairs, umbrellas, shade canopies, coolers, life jackets, boogie boards, wagons, beach blankets, hiking backpacks, beach games, etc. Let us know what you're looking for and if we don't have it, we can probably find it for you. Items do sell out, so the more advance notice we have, the more likely we'll be able to provide what you need.

No issues other than the walk to the flats really needs an address or ping location. I had watched the video prior to arrival but once here my service was extremely low and had difficulty trying to communicate. Vehicle performed great. Owners were awesome communicators.
