⛽️ GAS - Vehicle will have to be returned with the same amount of gasoline as when you picked up the vehicle unless you chose the "prepaid fuel" option. 💦 CLEANLINESS - Please return the vehicle reasonably clean. If the vehicle is returned in a state that requires professional detailing services a fee of up to $150 will be charged post trip. 🚭 NO SMOKING/VAPING - Smoking or Vaping of any kind leaves behind residues which are very difficult to remove. For the enjoyment of future guests and to maintain Kalia's pristine health, a fee of $250 will be charged post trip. Plus, she's allergic to it so it could affect your safety as well. ⚠️NO OFF-ROADING - Unfortunately taking Kalea off-roading is against Turo policy and our personal guidelines. Off-roading may compromise Kalea's health in a number of ways which could result in delisting the vehicle for a damage inspection and repairs. If off-roading is suspected, applicable fees, potential\actual lost revenue while Kalea is being treated, as well as repair costs. 🐾NO PETS - While we love our furry friends, but Kalea doesn't play well with other animals. She is 100% committed to her humans. In order to prevent potential allergic reactions by future guests, potential interior and exterior damage, as well as excessive cleaning post trip (particularly pet hair), we don't allow pets. Applicable fees will be charged if pets are detected, in addition to the cost of professional detailing. 🍟Do NOT eat in the car. It will attract ants and roaches as well as cause permanent stains. Turo cleaning fine will apply ($150). 🧴 SUNSCREEN lotion will stain the interior, is very difficult to remove. Please wear clothing or use a towel if you are using sunscreen and don’t apply it in the car. We require that all drivers have an automotive insurance policy to cover liability, uninsured motorists, comprehensive and collision damage. Make sure to check with your current provider to ensure you are covered for peer-to-peer car rentals. We also highly recommend opting into one of Turo's coverage plans beyond the included state minimum liability coverage (750K). Major credit cards that have rental insurance benefits do not cover peer-to-peer rentals. TIRES Tire integrity is the sole responsibility of the renter. If a tire becomes damaged during your trip, contact us immediately for instructions on how to get it repaired. Resin, fix-a-flat or other similar temporary repairs are strictly prohibited. The tire repair must be completed at a service provider that will perform a diagnostic and permanent repair or replacement if necessary. The renter is responsible for any fees associated with tire or wheel related services not determined to be related to wear and tear or manufacturer defect. NOTIFICATION OF PROBLEMS It is possible to reduce fees or additional service charges if you inform us immediately of a problem. If anything happens on the road, your first point of contact is us, and we will do everything we can to accommodate you at the lowest price possible. ⭐OTHER FEES - Lost keys - $510 + costs associated with the delivery of new keys - Exterior Damage - By Estimate + Loss of potential or revenue due to delisting/cancelations - Interior Damage - By Estimate + Loss of potential or revenue due to delisting/cancelations - Lost/broken accessories or extras - Cost of item, cost of procurement of a replacement item of similar or equal quality, as well as potential lost revenue from future renters.

• Will my personal insurance policy cover me for Turo rentals (peer-to peer rentals).

  It is common that your primary provider will cover you for Turo car rentals up to the amount of coverage you have on your current vehicle(s). It is highly recommended that you check with your primary provider to understand if they have coverage limitations that may require you to opt into one of Turo's rental coverage plans.

• My Credit Card has vehicle rental insurance benefits. Will this work for Turo rentals?

  Unfortunately, no. AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards are not likely to cover comprehensive, collision or liability coverage for peer-to-peer rentals. If you believe your card qualifies for peer-to-peer rental coverage, make sure to check the fine print and speak with a representative to understand your benefits and limitations.

• Can I extend my rental?

  It is possible to extend a rental based on availability. If you would like to extend your rental, please inform us 24 hours before your scheduled drop-off date and time and we will try and accommodate you as much as we can.

• What happens if my flight is delayed, canceled or I have other challenges that force me to pick up the car later than expected?

  While we will track the status of your flight, it is vitally important that you inform us of any delays in picking up the vehicle. We will work with you to understand the challenge and do everything in our power to help you resolve these issues and insure you will have a vehicle ready when you arrive.
