Kyoo is communicative from the start. Had a minor delay with setting up, but he was responsive and helpful with it. Very accommodating! Personally, I would not rent a Tesla for long trips outside of a city area because there are not many super chargers and it’s time consuming when charging from an outlet. Other than that it was a fun car to drive.
