Turo has 30 mins of grace period, after 30 mins additional charges may incur. -✍️Shorten/extend the trip: Please communicate with host first. Upon agreement, guest can start change trip process. To request a trip change, log onto Turo. Open your Trips tab, tap “Booked,” and select the trip you’d like to change. Tap the “Change trip” button to make your request. -💥Accidents: In case of accident and damages, please notify the host and Turo asap. Printed Incident Card located in glove box. -💧Cleanness: Please return the vehicle clean (roughly same condition as you pick up the car from host) -⛽️ Fuel: Please return the vehicle with full tank of gas. If guest is in a rush during return, host can refuel the gas, this incurs an invoice to guest with cost of fuel plus $10 convenience fee. -💰Payment: all payment will be handled in Turo system, host do NOT accept any other offline payment outside of Turo.
