Do NOT do business with Pradeep. After spending over $400 he harrassed me over a $15 “smoking fee” which he complained about the next day after the car was already rented to someone else. Not only that, but the car has to constantly be charged. Do not rent this car; you will spend all your time charging it. Pradeep also charged $10 charging fee! How redundant. But atleast it was super clean!

Thanks Marcus for providing the business opportunity. As we discussed, the fees are very nominal.. I have charged $15 for smoke odor removal as compared to turo’s proposed fees of $50. The Car picked up at 50% battery and returned at 20%. So, the fees for charging back to 50% is $20 but I have submitted reimbursement for only $10. Overall, instead of $50(smoking) + $20(battery recharge).. I charged $15 + $10. Please go thorough the turo no smoking polices and EV recharge fees. Thanks!

The worst car rental I have ever made in my life. I had to wait outside the car with a temperature of 40 degrees because the photos were not loaded. The autonomy of the car is very bad. With the cold when turning on the heating the car low if autonomy 30%. My route was 40 minutes and I could not turn on the heating because there was not enough energy to go and return. Then I had GPS installed and for some reason the connection failed. They called me from Turo to ask and I told them that I hadn't touched anything at all, then the owner of the car called to ask the same thing. I explained the same to him and asked to send him photos of the car with my identification. I mean, he practically told me a liar. I needed the car for more days and preferred to return it earlier.

Hi Ronaldo, Thanks for the business opportunity. Sorry for the delay during key hand-off.. As part of turo’s process, it’s mandatory to upload DL photos for all remote hand-offs(within 24 hrs from trip start time). I got those only when you arrived at the pick-up location. So, it took some time for me to verify the details and provide remote access. All EV cars run on battery and its recommended to maintain charge between 50-80% for better performance.
