By renting this vehicle you agree to cover the entire cost of any repair/replacement caused by misuse of the vehicle****

Can I smoke in the vehicle?
No, smoking of any kind is permitted in the vehicle. We have a 100% smoke free fleet. If evidence of smoking is found in the vehicle, then you will be charged the maximum cleaning fee of $250.
Am i allowed to have pets on my trip?
Absolutely no pets allowed! You will be charged $150 pet fee in addition to $100 cleaning fee.
Can I extend my rental if I need to keep the vehicle longer than initial reservation details?
Yes, however the extension must be perform/requested before the trip ends. Once the time expires, an extension request cannot be fulfilled.
Is the pickup contactless?
Yes all pickup and returns are contactless via lockbox
Can an additional driver be placed on my rental/trip?
Yes, but all additional drivers must have an active Turo account and he/she must be added to the reservation prior to picking up the vehicle. All parties that intend to operate/drive the vehicle must take a selfie holding their Driver License while in front of the vehicle during the time of pickup. An individual(s) that is not listed on the reservation is considered an UNAUTHORIZED DRIVER(S).

If I could double it and give JMS 10 stars, I WOULD! He replied back immediately, communication was clear throughout my entire trip, and he was VERY understanding to my situation & made the booking process super easy. This car is fabulous! It was super clean, smelled good, and ran so smooth. The interior, sunroof, and the sound system was my favorite but the best part about booking with JMS is his rate. I like that his price is fair and affordable for vehicle so nice! I would DEFINITELY book with JMC again.
