To ensure a safe and pleasant trip, here are some reminders before we hand-off the vehicle: 1. Go to your Turo booking and upload a selfie holding your driver’s license as part of Turo’s verification requirement. We need this to confirm your license to drive so NO ID, NO booking. 2. Please upload pre and post trip pictures to document the car’s condition and odometer readings. 3. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the vehicle or a $250 fee will be charged after your trip (other guests are allergic or asthmatic) 4. Kindly return the car in the same condition as shown in the pre-trip pictures and with the same level of gas unless these bonus options were pre-selected. Otherwise, the following fees will apply: $150 cleaning charge, $50 refuel charge, $250 smoking/substance abuse violation 5. Please observe your allocated miles, any excess miles will be noted upon check-out. 6. Your Turo incident card can be found in the glove box for roadside assistance.
