Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to any location of your choice including Trenton Airport (TTN), EWR, PHL, or even your home or office. Please note it costs us about 2x as much as taking an Uber to the home location for each delivery / pickup. Text/call us at [Number redacted for privacy and security] if you have any questions. Please note that we may not be able to deliver the car with a full charge because there may not be charging options near your delivery location. The car is fully charged when we depart for delivery.
How do I charge the car?
Use the PlugShare app to find various charging locations along your route. The ideal way to charge is to find a Level 2 J1772 charger (4-5 Hours to charge) or a CCS Fast Charger (30 Minutes to charge). You may need to sign up for the corresponding charging network (ie. ChargePoint, Blink, or EVGo You can also charge anywhere there is plug with the available slow-charger (20 Hours)
Are you flexible with extra mileage?
Unfortunately, Turo charges us 40% of each trip and every mile. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us at [Number redacted for privacy and security] You may also take advantage of our unlimited mileage option when booking your trip so you don't have to worry about it.
