1st time Turo user/experience and Phillip was awesome! Great communicator! Answered all my questions prior to arrival (I had many as this was first time using Turo). He responded quickly. Flight was delayed by 2 hours, arrived at 1:30AM, not a problem still responded to my questions. He even flashed lights when picking up car in lot so I could easily find it. Car itself was incredible. Heated front and rear seats that heat up quick! Plenty of room in trunk for wife and sis in law’s luggage with winder clothing. One huge bag and two medium plus three small carry ons. Very comfortable ride. Good gas mileage. Lots of safety features like parking sensors, tire psi. Sat radio. Oh and wireless phone charger and holder. This was a small touch that I really appreciated. Although the car has gps I loved being able to use my phone for gps and have a place that is east and safe to use and charge my phone wirelessly. Also had a toll tag so I was able to take advantage of discounted tolls. Answered my questions during and after return (I was cutting it close to flight so again being new to this process his communication meant a lot and was appreciated). Great value for car. To get this size and quality through Avis it would have been double the price. For perspective, I spent eight years renting from Avis when I travelled for work. Both domestically and internationally. I was in their highest membership and had all sorts of perks and benefits. Easily rented over 100 vehicles in my life. This was the best customer service experience ever and the car is way up there on my list of comfortable cars and certainly the highest in terms of value. If you have never used Turo (or have many times), use Phillip! There is a reason he is highly rated and has as many trips as he does. Will use him and Turo again! Thank you Phillip for making my trip in sub freezing weather to an outdoor wedding more enjoyable!
