Please follow steps when you picking up the vehicle: 1-Remote ID check: Turo's liability insurance requires that we verify your license before handing over the keys. For confirmation please take two photos: one of your license and another with your license next to your face similar to a selfie. You must complete this step before the trip starts. Upload pictures on first page of turo app "trip photo",just click on it and upload. Let me know when done for further instructions. You can take care of this step in ahead of time but no more then 24 hours before trip. 2-Take pictures of the car exterior and interior,gas and mileage and upload on turo app.
