Not sure where to begin. We got the Honda Civic and were on our way. The car was filthy! The car shook so badly that we needed to return it. Argued with the owner for awhile as to the validity of my claim, but I finally told him I was returning the car whether he had another one for us or not. Fortunately, they had another car for us. We received a Nissan Rogue, which was also filthy. The headliner in the car looked like a crime scene, or maybe someone committed suicide in the car. We left with it anyway, as we were already 2 hours behind schedule. We got 50 miles down the road and the low tire indicator came on. Stopped and put in air. We got to our destination. Upon returning the car, we needed to stop again and fill air in the tire. We got to the return facility, and waited over 30 minutes for someone to show up and take us to the airport. When we arrived at the airport, they would not let us board the plane. We were not within their boarding window of time, and couldn’t get home until the next day. This was quite the experience, and I would personally never rent from these people again.

The car was filthy. Seats were stained throughout the entire car. It was dirty on the outside and it was not cleaned or sanitized. There were sunglasses, loose change, and a disposable mask left in the car so I know they didn’t clean it. The app states the location of pickup and drop off at the McCarren Airport. I asked if I could pick up the car where the owner had it and he sent the address. When it came time to drop off I asked where exactly at the airport do I leave the vehicle, he then proceeded to be rude and telling me he wasn’t going to argue with me that the location has always been 6275 E Harrison Ave. The app clearly says the airport. He said an email was sent with the different information but I was going off the apps information as that’s where I booked the car. This overall was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this owner or any of his cars. The photos of the car on the add are immaculate but what I drove was a worn out dirty stained car. It’s misleading and I would have never booked that vehicle if the photos were honest.

Showed up 45 minutes late to the meeting spot and blamed the previous renter for his lateness. There was no communication for the first 25 minutes after designated meeting time so we were concerned that he was canceling without notice and trying to make other arrangements. He didn’t care and wouldn’t provide any assistance for our trouble. Car smelled of marijuana and we were afraid to lock the car all day because key fob had a low battery.

Car needed cleaning. During COVID this should be top priority. Didn’t feel safe as the car shakes over certain mileage and had a loud roaring sound when driving. I immediately called him about these issues after receiving the car and he informed me that he had no idea about the shaking of the vehicle. He also told me there was an apparent plastic piece that the previous renter damaged that covers the bottom of the car and he was waiting for it to come on to replace. After retreading the reviews I see these issues existed prior and basically the owner has no concern of his guests safety. He continues to rent this bricked out in the poor condition it’s in. A complete rip off. I felt embarrassed to cruces around in such a poor quality vehicle. The interior is stained and dirty with a “low battery” keyless remote. Don’t waste your time or money on this vehicle! It looks nothing like the pictures!
