Alex was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and was available when I had a last minute change and extention. Also, I requested the car 3 hours before the rental start and on a holiday and he was even able to have the car ready early to accommodate me. The pick up and drop off were a breeze and driving the Prius Prime was fun! Thanks Alex for a great experience!!
