The pet hair gets stuck in the vehicles interior fabric materials. Removing these smells and these hair are both time consuming and costly. Charges will be applied if there are any odors, lingering smells and traces of any and all kinds of smoking, vaping or pets (cigarettes, marijuana, fragrances, air fresheners). Minimum cost for smoking/vaping smell removal and cleaning is $250 plus $25 processing fee. Minimum cost of pet smell and pet hair removal is also $150 plus $25 processing fee.

• How to connect phone to Bluetooth?

  Steps to Connect iPhone to VW Bluetooth: In your phone’s settings make sure your Bluetooth is on. Make sure vehicle is turned on or in auxiliary mode (radio/lights only) Phone will search for Bluetooth When “VW Phone” appears, select and pair Simultaneously, on your VW display it will present an option to connect with iPhone, press ok. When passcode comes to up verify, press ok again. Once paired, your Volkswagen will download your phone’s contacts, music and compatible applications. You can connect up to 5 phones.

• Do I have to return a clean car with a full tank of gas?

  I would appreciate it if you return the car the same way you received it. You will always receive a clean car with a full tank of gas. Incase you do not have enough time to fill up the tank, I will, and for this service Turo will add a $10 Convenience Fee on top of the exact cost of the missing fuel.

• Can I smoke, vape or allow pets inside this car?

  No, absolutely not. The fee for smoking or vaping in this car is $250 plus a $25 processing fee and you will be banned from Turo permanently. No pets please. Minimum cost for pet hair cleanup, stains or pet odors is $150 plus $25 processing fee.

• What kid of gasoline does this car require?

  Regular 87 Octane is the minimum, for maximum efficiency and power Premium 91 octane is recommended.

• Can I pick up or drop off the car outside of your working (8am-6pm) hours?

  Yes, but ONLY at SNA John Wayne Airport. If your flight arrives or leaves earlier than 8am or later than 6pm, have no worries. You can book the car for 8am or 6pm and message me for a booking time change. I can easily arrange a car drop off or pick up outside the regular working hours, for the airport ONLY.
