No pets! No smoking or vaping of any kind please! Pets, smoking and vaping are prohibited in this vehicle. The smells of smoke, vape and pets get into the climate control system. The pet hair gets stuck in the vehicles interior fabric materials. Removing these smells and these hair are both time consuming and costly. Charges will be applied if there are any odors, lingering smells and traces of any and all kinds of smoking, vaping or pets (cigarettes, marijuana, fragrances, air fresheners). Minimum cost for smoking/vaping smell removal and cleaning is $250 plus $25 processing fee. Minimum cost of pet smell and pet hair removal is also $150 plus $25 processing fee.

Do I have to return the car with a full tank of gas?
Although I appreciate it if all my cars are returned in the same condition as when they were picked up (clean, with a full tank) I understand you might be in a hurry and not have enough time to fill up the tank. For this service Turo will add a $10 Convenience Fee on top of the exact cost of the missing fuel.
Are pets, smoking or vaping allowed in this car?
No, absolutely not. The fee for smoking or vaping in this car is $250 plus a $25 processing fee and you will be banned from Turo permanently. No pets please. Minimum cost for pet hair cleanup, stains or pet odors is $150 plus $25 processing fee.
What happens if I go through a toll or receive a parking ticket?
-When this car goes through the Fast Tack Tolls, the cost is automatically and immediately deducted from my pre paid toll account. To avoid paying twice for the tolls, please do not use your personal Fast Track Toll transponder in this car. I will ask for a toll reimbursement through the Turo app after your trip is over. -If you get a ticket, you can always pay for it on line, otherwise when I receive it in the mail, I will pay for it and ask for a reimbursement through the Turo app.
Can I pick up or drop off the car outside of your working (8am-6pm) hours?
Yes, but ONLY at John Wayne Airport. If your flight arrives or leaves earlier than 8am or later than 6pm, have no worries. You can book the car for 8am or 6pm and message me for a booking time change. I can easily arrange a car drop off or pick up outside the regular working hours, for the airport ONLY.

The car was awesome! On the highway I made sometimes even 45-50 mpg. It’s super efficient and easy to drive. I really recommend it!

Cute little car that got me great parking spots since it can fit into smaller spaces haha. Anaiss was a great host and was very quick with communication. I'll definitely rent from her again.

Anaiss is the BEST!!! She was waiting at the airport when we arrived, her car was spotlessly clean and in good working order, and she is as nice as can be! We drove her Mirage for over two weeks and it ran perfectly - getting GREAT gas mileage to boot (pretty valuable right now!!). When we returned to the airport to drop it off, she was ready and waiting. She was a great communicator the entire period of our rental. Would highly recommend Anaiss to anyone looking to rent a car in OC! On a side note, we have rented dozens of cars, and never had a single issue. This time we had Caltrans kick up a rock and crack the windshield. We assumed it was going to cost hundreds of dollars to replace because we had not elected to buy the insurance coverage. To our delight, Anaiss had it covered with her own policy and it cost us nothing. Needless to say we are blessed to have rented from Anaiss.
