Equipped with rear sonar sensors, lane departure warning, Bluetooth, automatic high beam assist, push to start, keyless entry, forward collision warning and rear parking camera. ***FOR SAME DAY PICK UP*** We offer same day/last minute pick up except for the hours of 12 midnight to 7am (we will be sleeping). However, you can book these times providing at least 24 hours advance notice. ***FOR AIRPORT DELIVERY*** The vehicle will be waiting for you in the economy daily parking. This will be a $12 separate charge, which the renter will pay to exit the lot and to return it back to the lot. Due to bad experiences in border cities. Our vehicles are not allowed in border cities. If you plan on driving out of state, please let us know ahead of time to ensure the vehicle is prepped for your reservation. All listed vehicles will be detailed from the interior to the exterior upon pick up/drop off. No smoking in the vehicle please. TEX.06377573

If PET FEE EXTRA is not added to the reservation and any sign of pet hair is found, guests may be responsible for a cleaning fee of $150.

I am thankful for their prompt responses, however, we were disappointed in the rental car.
The car was filthy. They did mention the car wash was closed which we totally understood and I could care less about the external dirt on a car. However, the inside of the car was very dirty. Old garbage was left, pet hair and dirt everywhere. I then sent him photos of it and he blamed it on the car wash being closed. However, I don’t see what a car wash had to do with wiping down the consoles and taking out garbage?
As well as, the check engine light came on while driving and it drove very rough. We then messaged them for this too and they said it was due to a filter. I’m not saying it wasn’t, but we limited our driving because it drove noticeably rough.
They were very respectful and I’m grateful for that, but not happy with the state of the car.
However, all of their reviews were amazing, so I’d say not to base your decision off of this review, maybe we just got an off day.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience. The freeze had all the car washes closed and the previous guest left it filthy (so much they got charged for it). We tried our best to clean the vehicle but without the commercial vacuum the car wash provides us; we were limited. Again sorry for any inconvenience.
