I would DEFINITELY rent from Caitlin again if I came to New Orleans. The car was sparkling clean and she is fast at responding! Also CONTACTLESS! I didn’t have much luck on my trip but she made my experience smooth with my rental. That’s the best I could ask for. Best host highly recommend her! She’s a sweetheart!

Great service - very responsive and the airport pickup was much appreciated. The car did feel a bit worn - but I might just be expecting too much ie new rental with low miles. This one had over 80k miles. First time using turo.

Great car and Daniel was super responsive detailed. Car is very clean inside and out, has all the Bluetooth do-dads including on screen map guidance which is great to avoid all the one way streets. Great gas mileage and comfortable to drive.

They definitely made me feel like family while renting this amazing car. It was just what I needed for my trip here in NOLA. Everything was perfect. My favorite thing was the car stereo and the tinted windows. Communication was quick and easy and so was pick up and drop off. They where very flexible because I needed to extend my trip a couple hours and they where so nice about it. I come to NOLA often and will definitely be renting again soon!
