Chrissy was punctual and flexible on the time, when we showed up early both to pick up and drop off. The car was clean and ran well, and worked perfectly for what we wanted it for.

Chrissy was very communicate and available throughout pickup, during our trip and upon return!

The charges for damage has been arbitrarily set as $500, even though we were absolutely unaware of such a scrape on the left front bumper during the whole trip. We have also manually cleaned the car, and the conditions for cleanness has been normal. Again no proof or receipts has been provided when sending us requests for payments. The trunk could not be locked during the whole trip, and we were not informed when we got the car. We didn’t find out this problem until a few days after, causing significant safety issues.

I’m so disappointed that as my first customer you trashed my car. 1. Liberty Mutual handles any damages incurred during your rental period. I do not set the $ claim amount. Everything was documented in photos on your trip!2. Car was NOT returned in the same condition it was received. The cars interior was normal for an 8 day trip. However, the exterior was filthy dirty & extremely muddy.Took 2 trips thru car wash. Had you opted for post-trip cleaning this wouldn’t be a problem.3.Trunk works🔑fob
