My rental didn’t go quite as planned. The previous renter dropped the fob for a Prius in water and the dealership couldn’t make a new one ready in time. Frank made other cars available to me and comped my fuel for the inconvenience. Mahalo!

Frank is the king of customer service. I lost the key fob during a hike and Frank went above and beyond to help me get off the trail. He even literally gave me the shirt off his back since my clothes were locked inside the car. He is the best.

We absolutely had a great time in this car! It is excellent on gas and we had zero issues with it. The air conditioning was cold. We really appreciated the rubber mats and the seat covers that where a huge help when we were still damp and had sandy feet from being at the beach all day. The car looks rough from the sun damage, but unless you rent a new car, all the cars on the island have rust and paint damage.... this did not bother us one bit. We would definitely rent this car again!
